  • Design – Mia would be changing the theme of the website (hopefully) this week.
  • Registration Info: Name, Blog, Email, Contact # and checklist 1] Attending VBS D1, 2] Attending PBA and 3] Attending VBS D2 (Php 150 to 200 fee – TO BE DISCUSSED)
• Host
  • Kate from GMA (Efren’s friend) is willing to host
• Sponsors
  • So far, all of our sponsors are ex-deal. – How could we get money?
  • YEHEY willing to sponsor, provided they would be our solo online media partner. – Would they allow if someone is willing to sponsor and do live-stream of the event, since it is not one of their services anyway?
• Ice Breaker
  • Raffles, etc
• Dagoy
  • Dolls – How much would the doll cost from Tourism Office, and how much for the labor and materials of the one to dress up the doll?
  • Necklace – Though the price is obviously cheaper than the regular, we can’t afford this because as of now, we have no money on hand.
• We already have endorsement from Iloilo City Mayor Jed Mabilog and District of Iloilo Congressman Jerry Treñas, this would be enough and focus more on getting financial help from sponsors.
• Venue
  • SM Cinema 8 – we will have a meeting with SM officials to finalize things
    • SM is currently negotiating with PhilCom to provide us with Wi-Fi during the event
    • Would SM be willing to provide us with Green Bags to put souvenir items during the event (ANY REACTION TO THIS?)
    • Where could we rent a hi-def projector

Organizations Charitable Activity:

• RED CROSS – Dengue strikes again, and blood supply in our province is just not enough for everyone affected with it, RED CROSS needs everyone’s help. Let us be angels and help save lives by DONATING BLOOD!
  • In doing so, there are steps to follow. If interested, please visit Red Cross Philippines
  • Majority who agreed to donate will have it on Monday Next week; August 30, 2010. If you are interested, coordinate with Junelle Caravana (add her on FaceBook and message or email admin@iloilobloggers.com)
